Personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
  • To manage and evaluate applications for current or future employment opportunities.
  • To contact candidates in relation to recruitment processes.
  • To maintain candidate information in our recruitment database for consideration in future vacancies (with prior consent).

The lawful basis for processing personal data is:

Personal data will be retained for no longer than 24 months from receipt of the application, unless the candidate requests erasure at an earlier date. After this period, data will be securely deleted.

Personal data will not be shared with third parties except:

  • With service providers acting on behalf of Nanusens under strict contractual and confidentiality obligations.
No data will be sold or used for purposes other than those described herein.
